About the Company
Aston Realty is the brain child of our Founder Mr. Sony Antony who has done his PGDM (Marketing) from Christ College Institute of Management, MBA (Marketing) from All India Management Association and has over 17 years of Corporate Experience with 13 years of it being into the Real Estate Sector. He was the Co-founder and Managing Partner in Maxxco and has won several laurels and awards from various National Developers for his services in the field of Real Estate. He is also the Co-founder of Crafto Interiors which contributes immensely to his vision to find and deliver Dream Homes crafted to perfection to his clients. Before venturing into Real Estate, Mr. Sony Antony has worked in the field of Industrial Packaging, Printing and Automation with Multinational Companies like ITW Signode and Cyklop India (A subsidiary of Cyklop International).
Aston Realty was formed in August 2024 with the mission to provide Value Deals in Real Estate to home seekers and investors alike. In the current scenario with negligible entry barriers anyone and everyone can pool in investors and become a developer and that is quite evident in Hyderabad Real Estate Market. Many of them have very little knowledge or experience and come into the field lured by the potential scalability and realty valuations. Many home seekers fall prey to such developers getting carried away by unrealistic schemes and promises and thereby lose their lives hard earned wealth. The objective of Aston is to educate, guide and offer properties that are clean from reliable developers with good track record, goodwill and market valuations so that their clients don’t get sucked into such scams. We offer verified properties, be it resale, prelaunch, landowners share, investors share or builders properties. We also deal in group deals wherein we form group of clients and negotiate on their behalf and offer them the best deals in the market.
